You can keep to it for no more than five days, during which you can lose up to 3 kg and get rid of excess water and toxins from your body as well.

Regime:

You should eat only the watermelon in 5-6 meals, in accordance with the rate of 1 kg of pulp per 10 kg of body weight per day.

Carefully monitor your health condition and make sure that you don’t feel:

  • heartburn,
  • swelling,
  • heaviness in the stomach.

If hunger suffers, have 1-2 slices of brown unleavened bread with each meal.

GRAPE WEIGHT LOSS DIET

The three-day mono-diet allows losing 2 kg. Despite the fact that grapes are quite high in calories, this weight loss diet can help you:

  1. lose weight,
  2. rejuvenate (grape seeds are the strongest antioxidant, which protects against aging),
  3. cleanse the intestines.

Regime:

You can have grapes of any variety, preferably red, with seeds. Chew the skin and part of the seeds thoroughly.

  • on the first day, eat 800 g of grapes,
  • on the second day – 1.5 kg of grapes,
  • in the third day – about 2 kg of grapes.

Eat the grapes in small servings every 2-3 hours. In addition, you can drink pure non-carbonated water and unsweetened tea.

MELON WEIGHT LOSS DIET

You should stick to this weight loss diet three to five days, during which you can lose about 3 kg.

Regime:

The daily menu for the melon diet includes 1-1.5 kg of melon pulp, which should be peeled beforehand and divided into five servings.

Three main meals:

  • for breakfast – unsalted rice and raw vegetables,
  • for lunch – vegetable salad and a piece of chicken breast,
  • for dinner – fried eggs or fish with vegetables.

Each meal ends with melons plus two melon snacks.

MELON DIET

Contraindications:

  • Diabetes
  • Kidney stones

ZUCCHINI WEIGHT LOSS DIET

Diet is designed for a week, during which you can lose 2-3 kg of excess weight.

Zucchini contains vitamins C, A, E, group B, PP, minerals and trace elements. This weight loss diet is perfect for people with heart disease. The vegetable is rich in potassium, which is necessary for a normal heart function and simultaneously provides a diuretic effect, so it is recommended for those, who suffer from edema.

Regime:

Five meals. At least 2/3 of each meal should be composed of zucchini-containing dishes (fried, baked, stewed, etc.). You should completely exclude such food groups as:

  • confectionery,
  • bread,
  • smoked meat,
  • pickles,
  • sugar.

You are allowed to drink only water or tea without sugar.

ZUCCHINI DIET

Contraindications:

  • Pregnancy
  • Kidney disease

PUMPKIN WEIGHT LOSS DIET

It lasts for two weeks, and you can lose about 5-6 kilograms. Pumpkin is incredibly rich in vitamins, minerals and microelements. At the same time, it is low in calories and contains only 22 kcal per 100 g.

Regime:

  • four times a day, you should eat pumpkin in different forms, including with porridge, baked, stewed, as pumpkin soup.

You are allowed to add other vegetables and fruits, yet not more than ¼ of the serving volume. While keeping to this weight loss diet, you should give up:

  • meat,
  • floury foods and pastries,
  • sugar,
  • mayonnaise.

PUMPKIN DIET

Contraindications:

  • Gastrointestinal diseases
  • Pregnancy

COMMENT OF A NUTRITIONIST

Before you start any weight loss diet, consult a doctor and do not experiment on your own. As a doctor, I am against mono-diets, no matter how useful they may seem. I can recommend having ‘fasting days’, yet these should always be determined based on the individual scheme, which is different for each patient.

The consumption of one product for a long time can lead to a deficiency in:

    1. important nutritional components,
    2. vitamins,
    3. microelements.

*This, as a consequence, can lead to metabolic disorders.
