Specialist in nutrition and detox

I prefer natural products and try to combine them correctly with each other.

For a long time, my kitchen has been free of such products, as:

Meat

Sugar

Flour

I do not count calories. I adhere to my own nutrition system, which I developed through trial and error.

My menu contains no meat, fish and flour products for quite some time already. I eat mostly:

  • raw, boiled or baked vegetables,
  • cheese,
  • nuts,
  • dried fruits.

Of the cheese varieties, I prefer goat or sheep cheese. When it comes to making smoothies, soups, salads and vegetable garnishes, I am a real pro.

I begin my day with a couple of glasses of hot water with lemon. After the morning exercise, I drink freshly squeezed juice and eat fruit. Rich in vitamins breakfast provides me with cheerfulness and strength.

For lunch, I usually have salad with avocado or vegetable soup. For dinner, I prefer baked or stewed vegetables with goat cheese, olives or sun dried tomatoes, baked sweet potato or quinoa porridge.

During the dinner, I first eat salad of fresh seasonal vegetables and greens. I do not give up dessert. I love dark chocolate and ice cream.

CREAMY BELL PEPPER SOUP

I came up with this recipe myself. You can cook a creamy soup quickly with literally any vegetable, including:

  • pumpkin,
  • tomatoes,
  • sweet potato.

I prefer bell pepper. Instead of the cream that is usually added to such kind of soup, I use cheese made of goat or sheep milk.

CREAMY BELL PEPPER SOUP

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 4 red bell peppers;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 stalks of celery;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 2 cups of water;
  • 1 tsp. dried onions;
  • goat cheese,
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil.

Directions: sprinkle pepper and garlic with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes in the oven, pre-heated to 180°C. Boil sliced celery and carrots for 15 minutes. When the pepper is ready, de-seed it and mix it in a blender with garlic, carrots, celery and broth left after the vegetables boiling.

Serving: Add olive oil, a spoonful of dried onions, salt and mix again in the blender. Pour into the plates and add diced cheese.

Journalist

I’m not a vegetarian, but I rarely eat meat. I prefer fish and seafood. I limit myself in carbohydrates and do my best to avoid any food 7 PM.

A couple of years ago, I got on a weight loss diet for six months as an experiment for an article. I excluded carbohydrates from my menu and did not eat after seven in the evening. I adhere to these same rules up to this day.

I prefer:

  • fruits,
  • vegetables,
  • fish,
  • seafood.

During the diet, I managed to lose eleven kilograms and discovered a perfect fitness option for me – Latin American dances.

Now, I have daily 2-hour sessions every day. Dances are perfect for working through the internal muscles of the arms and hips, which are difficult to “mold” in the gym. I became strong, and my body became taut, and feminine at the same time.

I do not tolerate lactose, so the products made of cow milk are a taboo for me.

  • In the morning, I eat avocado or fruit.If I have no time for breakfast, I grab a handful of nuts, almonds or hazelnuts. Almonds are good for the skin, and hazelnuts provide with energy.
  • For lunch, I can have a salad and Doradofillet, baked in foil. I love pumpkin soup. It provides a good effect over the digestion (the main thing is not to add potatoes and cream to it, so that it does not turn out to be too high in calories).
  • For dinner, as a rule, I have squid with artichokes, tartar or sashimi of tuna or salmon.

I gave up smoking four years ago. After reading Allen Carr’s book, I smoked the last cigarette and threw out all the stashes. I feel much better and, most importantly, I do not gain weight.

AVOCADO WITH PAPAYA AND BRUSCHETTA OF SALMON AND GOAT CHEESE

My friend, a Frenchman, shared this recipe with me. Avocado contains vitamin E, which is beneficial for the skin and provides a good effect over the digestion.

Fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and omega-6, essential for the female body. Papaya has a lot of fiber, vitamins C, B1, B2, B5 and D.

  • 2 avocados;
  • 1 papaya;
  • 4 tbsp. of olive oil;

TV show presenter

I am a vegetarian, yet I do not limit myself in anything apart from meat. I burn the extra calories during fitness classes.

I have been nursing my son for a year and a half and could not lose weight for a long time. I hate mono diets, and I simply cannot consume just yogurt or dill water for weeks.

I was saved by a very fun diet, which, to my mind, looks like a game. You need to weigh all the food and score the results in a special calorie counter (it can be downloaded to your iPhone). I generally like to record everything, count, make lists, tick off.

My “daily allowance” was 1500-1700 calories a day. You can get them with anything (the diet allows everything, but in smaller amounts). For example, in the morning you could have a piece of cake, and eat carrots for the rest of the day.

My husband laughed when I asked to give me a separate plate in restaurants to weigh the salad leaf and determine its caloric value. For sure, I did not keep to the diet to a T. Besides, this weight loss diet implies mandatory meat consumption, and I am a vegetarian. Still, I managed to lose seven kilograms in two months.

At present, I'm not dieting anymore, and my weight maintains at the normal level. I try to buy foods that are produced in our country.

  • In the morning on an empty stomach, I drink half a liter of water, and 20-30 minutes I have breakfast with a jar of baby food or muesli, which I make myself (toast the oats, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds with cane sugar).
  • I like to dine atStarbucks coffeehouses – I usually have a mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes roll.
  • I dine with rice with vegetables,lasagna or pasta with cheese or tomatoes.

I’m not indifferent to sweets. I can have a piece of cake or a roll for dessert. However, I always make sure that I burn extra calories in the fitness club. I only attend group classes, since you can’t ditch the hard work during these.

I choose strength training with elastic bands, dumbbells, and barbells. Once a week, I have a cycling session. The gym is not for me. I immediately get distracted by SMS and mobile Internet.

PUMPKIN BAKED WITH CHEESE

Recently, I visited a friend in America, and she treated me to this dish. I liked it so much that now I cook it in a day.

Pumpkin excretes water well from the body and removes puffiness. I would advise people who want to lose weight to have dishes of pumpkins more often.

PUMPKIN BAKED WITH CHEESE

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • half of medium pumpkin;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • one pack of arugula salad.

Preparation: Cut the pumpkin into cubes or slices. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 180-200°C. In 15 minutes, check the pumpkin for softness, piercing it with a toothpick. Decorate the dish with arugula and pomegranate seeds and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
